When will my items be shipped?

Items will ship 3-5 days after your order is received.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time.

Can I make a change to, or cancel, my order?

Once an order has been submitted, we can not make any changes. We are not able to change any part of your order. We are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. Be sure to double and triple-check your items, quantities,, and shipping info before hitting submit.

Can I return my order?

Due to food safety reasons, items are not eligible to be returned. In the case of receiving damaged goods, they will be replaced. You must notify us via email at olejimsbbq@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving damaged product. You must also provide a pic of damaged product. Once received and approved, you will be notified and replacement product will be shipped to you in accordance with our shipping policy

How will my items be shipped?

We use USPS, FEDEX and UPS to ship our products.
